Safety Check Level

  • Service Burner, Replace Fuel Filter, Check Safety Controls
  • Priority over non-agreement customers

Three additional levels to protect your system even better:

Basic Level


  • 19-point check of your oil-fired heating system
  • Priority over non-agreement customers
  • Service scheduled and performed at convenience of customer

Silver Level


  • Basic +
  • 19-point check of your oil-fired heating system
  • Priority over non-agreement and Basic customers
  • Per year accrual amount towards replacement piece of equipment (max applies)
  • No diagnostic fee for any work pertaining to this piece of equipment
  • Standard labor rates on after hours calls pertaining to this piece of equipment

Platinum Level


  • Silver +
  • 19-point check of your oil-fired heating system
  • Priority over non-agreement, Basic and Silver customers
  • Per year accrual amount towards replacement piece of equipment (max applies)
  • No diagnostic fee for any work pertaining to this piece of equipment
  • No labor charges on emergency calls pertaining to this piece of equipment
