About Schmolck Mechanical Contractors
Founded in Ketchikan, Alaska by Hugo H. Schmolck in 1926, Schmolck Mechanical Contractors has become a leading supplier and contractor for major plumbing, heating and commercial projects from Metlakatla to Napaskiak.
We continue to be locally owned and operated and maintain a philosophy and practices that ensure exceptional customer experience and the best value in the industry. We do this with the combination of our highly skilled union work force, professional and courteous inside staff, Southeast Alaska’s largest inventory of parts, appliances and fixtures, and design technologies that streamline processes for efficiency and customer savings.
Our projects range in scope from the smallest residential service jobs to $11 million commercial projects. No matter what size or scope, Schmolck Mechanical is your best choice when you want your job done right and on time.
