How this job relates to the Capital Project:
This project was procured through a RFP process with award issued to a design build team. There was extensive coordination and consultation in the design and planning phase of this project. The project scope consisted of building a new laboratory for the USFS at Auke Lake in Juneau. There were no change orders allowed on this project unless the owner asked for added scope (like the Ground Source Heat Pump referenced above).
